Shipment Processing Time
In-stock items are processed within 2-5 business days. Out-of-stock items are processed within 5-10 business days. Please remember during the holidays it may take a significant amount of time for non-seasonal items to be made. All orders that have been processed are shipped out at the beginning of the week to avoid having the chocolate sit in the post office over the weekend.
During holiday seasons please consider ordering ahead of time to compensate for any possible delays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use USPS Priority Mail whenever possible. Due to the varying sizes of Lucky Chocolate Products shipping is calculated by weight to compensate should we need to use custom boxes, and because of this the initial price of shipping may seem expensive. We issue a partial refund for shipping should the postage be significantly lower than what was paid for. The refund is issued within 3 days after shipping the package. An email should automatically be sent by either Stripe or PayPal.
Our most common boxes used are USPS flat rate sizes, and should arrive within 1-3 Business Days. We do not offer special date shipping and cannot guarantee any packages will arrive by a certain date. Please plan to send a package early if you want your items to be received before any events, holidays, or birthdays.
Shipping International, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO Addresses.
luckychocolates.com currently only offers shipping to the lower 48 states. We do ship to P.O. boxes, but do not currently ship to APO/FPO addresses. We are hoping to change this in the future.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
luckychocolates.com, Lucky Chocolates, Lucky’s Fine Organic Chocolate, VeTa Chocolates, and any of its employees or associates, are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order melted, mishandled, discolored, or damaged please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please note that if the product is shipped in warm weather and someone is not there to receive the package we are not responsible for any damage caused if it sits outside in the direct heat. Once the tracking information is sent, it is the customer’s responsibility to be sure someone is there to receive the package. All packages are labeled with protect from heat packaging labels. During the warmer months, all packages are also sent with insulated bubble wrap or styrofoam and ice packs. Any melting and discoloration caused by heat during shipment is not the responsibility of the company.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
